I love to cook only sometimes. Everyday cooking is boring. Trying out new things is fun. Though making chapatis can be soothing too. Only in pleasant weather months. The calm that a repetitive task which doesn’t require any active thinking brings you, can almost be therapeutic sometimes.
It’s the joy of creating something that brings a contented look on the face of those who eat it, that I wish to share with you. Also, I generally desist from taking up very time intensive projects. Don’t like the idea of spending an hour or more making something that takes only ten minutes to eat. So, I’ll mostly stick to sharing recipes for quick-fix, short cut yet good to eat food.
